We would need to settle on a weekday and time. My first proposal would be saturdays or sundays, starting at around 1500 - 1600.

Every week there would be possibly be a small prize to the winner, and then a larger prize at the end of the season. No big money, just a little something to spice things up.

Regarding connection and so on, I would say that two bars and up to the person you're playing is acceptable. I understand that some would only like to play with people with three or four bars, but we want as many people as possible in this!

Tournaments will be hosted on Friday at 4:00 PM EST. You must enter the tournament at the least 1 hour before the tournament starts.

Rules:

• Matches are best 2 out of 3.

• Final Matches are best 3 out of 5.

• If you're late for your match we will try set your match after the others, but if you're 5 minutes late for your match you will be given a warning.

• If you don’t show up 5 minutes after warning you will be sent to the losers bracket or disqualified.

• The winner is responsible for reporting match results.

• Select the stages that are less likely to lag.

• YOU CANNOT fill in for someone anytime during the tournament. Any player who can't make it to the tournament after we hold your matches for the last possible time, will be disqualified PERIOD. 

Connection issues:

• If the connection in the match is near unplayable, both players may agree to leave the match at a draw or determine the fight with a dice roll.

• If issues persist with your connection you may be sent to losers bracket or disqualified.

Winner's Finals, Loser's Finals, and Grand Finals  - 3/5

Start time is 8:15PM CST.

For those people who aren't familiar with how a Danisen League works, it's basically a point based ladder system where players can gain or lose points based on their win and lose records with other players. The basic rules are as follows

• New players begin at 1st Dan
• Players fight other players within 1 rank of themselves (i.e a 2nd Dan player can only fight 3rd, 2nd and 1st Dan players)
• One win = +1 point, One loss = -1 point, +3 moves the player up 1 rank, -3 moves the player down 1 rank.
• Rankings go from 1st to 10th Dan, with special rankings after 10th Dan.
• After 10th Dan, players only fight other players of the same rank, and must instead get 5+ points to move up a rank.
• You may only use one character per session, unless asked otherwise
• You can join as any number of characters in between sessions, all of which starts at 1st Dan
• Each match is 2/3 rounds.
• In the lobbies, winners stay on until they get promoted. Then they must pass.
• Winners cannot play the same player within 2 games.

As it stands, I want to make this a weekly event, that lasts about two hours. Depending on the number of people interested I may set up two different leagues for East and West coast players. For organizational purposes each session will probably be character locked as stated in the rules above. If interest is high enough then we can probably start the official league two weeks from now.

Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is it a bug?
