I concur with N-O's assessment.

Once the I-No understands how to play the matchup, it becomes infinitely harder for Venom. The reason the ratio stays so relatively close is because both characters have terrible reversal options and whoever scores a knockdown and can keep momentum will most likely take the match.

I'll see what Mr. Placeholder Man has to say first before I chime in on personal experience and matchup nuances.
