AvatarofJustice Posted December 30, 2014 Posted December 30, 2014 Hey guys, I used one of my Christmas PSN gift cards and bought the complete color set pack. However, when I go to select colors I am only seeing colors 1-6 and 13 (Christmas color set). Is there any hoops I have to jump through to see the colors I paid for or did something go wrong?

NeoStrayCat Posted December 30, 2014 Posted December 30, 2014 Well, if you want to see if you do have the complete color set, go to "Related Items" on your PS4 Menu, then there should be a spot that says "My Add-Ons", check it and it should be installed, usually if you get the DLC from the in-game store or something, usually, you'll have to reset the game for the DLC to take effect for colors 7-12 to be available (and whatever DLC you also have installed too). After that, its smooth sailing. (And oh yeah, make sure its the same region and version for DLC as well.)

Killnetic Posted December 30, 2014 Posted December 30, 2014 I have a similar issue. DLC colors, elphelt and leo aren't showing up for me. In fact if I go to the store from the Xrd in-game menu, there is no DLC shown for the game. I have an imported JP copy. This would be a sony related issue, call or email them.

Krakhan Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 I had a related issue with the PSN store on PS3 with downloading the full colour pack... It worked, except no additional colours for Ky for some reason! A workaround I found since redownloading from my PS3 didn't work was this: I went to the Playstation Store in my browser (https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com), logged in, found the Ky DLC for Guilty Gear Xrd, and pressed the button to download to my PS3. It downloaded it right when I turned it on, and I can now finally select it. So that's what I would suggest doing for anyone having issues with it in that sense.
