I recieved Blazblue: CP Extend for Christmas and I effing LOVE IT. I played a bit of story mode which was nice. I also did some of tutorial mode and a tested a few characters.
 Still getting used to the controls and such. Any advice/tips or combos on how to play better? (Im thinking about using Lambda-11)

The best advice I can really tell ya is to find a character you like, whether cause you like the character or how the character plays as long as you like the character and really practice that character and get a feel for them.

The best thing you can do is watch combo and tutorial videos on Youtube since there's a lot of those around. Dustloop itself can help you out too since there's a lot of fighting game talk here. Its best to do some research on what terms mean before going through a thread so you won't be as confused. From there just read what people say what combos work and what not. If anything else just ask specifically for that character.
