They're going to lowered her life a bit and made her D attacks a bit more manageable. To compensate though see is getting a fully invincible DP that's +10 on block with 0 frames of recovery. It'll be active on the first frame. Edit: So apparently the US versionof TvC has all the damage scaled in BILLIONS of damage... I don't remember if that's how the Japanese version was, but how fucking arbitrary is that shit?

I did forget to mention that, but it all balances out with the other changes. Tager's 720 can't be teched, Hakumen's 5B combos into 5C, and Bang carries 10 nails now. See, perfectly balanced

Btw this is Hoang if you remember me. This was my first tourney so it was pretty fun. But my path to victory was cut short by Pozerwolf and Jeff (Win first round, lose to Pozer, win again, lose to Jeff). Oh well. I think I did pretty well considering I don't get to play the game that much outside of the arcade. Let me know when there is another one coming up and I"ll def be there.

DOAIsBetter Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 Well the little tourney in SM was lame, no way to plug up sticks, and because I told a new player he should press D a lot, V13 was banned because the first D would stagger them and then the guy had no idea what to do after so he waited and did DD, I don't even think it was real at that point. Should I mention everything the new player did was just standing D.
