Not too many people know about this thread cause not that many people in Hawaii actually play ANIMU FG's and post up to talk about them, lol.

IMO, more like 'wishy-washy'.

Did you even read his quotes about stuff? lol.

If you want someone to start up scene stuff for your FG that:

- Doesn't play/take your game seriously.

- Barely plays any casuals in your game whenever the opportunity is present.

- Doesn't want to go play comp because somewhere is "too far".

Ihpsta is your guy... for much disappointment and FAIL.

TBH, you and/or one of the people that you play BB with, are probably more better suited to try and make an 808 BB scene happen because you actually like playing the game. Dagger_G endorses you and I've heard your name metioned a few times in regard to BB stuffs.

Well, if we really want to gather a community, maybe we should try and find people who are interested in it outside the DL thread?

I don't know how many of you have Facebook, but perhaps if there was a page for 808 BB players, maybe we'll be able to find more people who are interested in BB casuals?

...just putting out the idea..I do have some friends who like BB who might be interested, but they'll never join/talk on a site such as DL.

lunar, sounds like a good idea. we could post tournament/casual announcements on it and its a lot more convenient for people to access. you (or shujinko) should make one. what the bb scene really needs to actually develop is someone who is willing to take charge and get the ball rolling

I just threw out the idea, I think Shunjinko has a better idea on all the casuals, locations, times, etc, if he were willing to maintain the page.

I'm on another BB site, Destructive Nature, and I put out the question, and I got an answer ^^;; so credit goes to Gio for this one....whatever helps, helps.

I think since mostly everyone has a FB these days, we could pass the word along easier and seek out the other players than relying on them to join DL and finding this thread.

Ya thanks kurokun I was freakin out cuz I accidently put sun and tied it at one time. And ya he just came to an hvgl event like 6 min before it ended and me and bears had been playin for hours played one match he got beat and that's the last time I ever saw him play. Even tho I offered to pick him up anywhere on this island.

Well, at least he showed up to play, even though it was more or less his 'first and last' GG casual match. He didn't show up for GG casuals when I went up to Oahu for a weekend back in Nov 09.

This is an example of why having casuals is important in regard to scene stuffs.
