I started up a Tuner/Kum Haehyun guide! I basically added a skeleton of what could be good for this guide starting off along with a few notes I felt I could contribute.

This guide is publicly editable (but I have to approve changes to prevent troll edits) so if anyone can help provide to this guide in any shape or form, that'd be great.

Feel free to even edit any data that's already in there if you think any needs fixing.

what did you mean by command dash mixups that 2S can avoid..can you give an examples ??

Are you sure about that ?? i tested it by doing it then do c.S "6 frames "vs bedmans c.S"6 frames too" and bedman's c.S beat kum's..

Can be used in air combo resets or as an instant overhead.

c.S > IAD j2K for crossup attempt.

 

I couldn't do it as instant overhead vs crouching sol..but it worked on pot..

I added the Dustloop Wiki page in the bottom. There wasn't anything on the page when I made the Guide but I see screenshots now

Everything else was added through other people.

You can always edit and add stuff too!

I'm almost positive 2H is not positive on block, it does appear to be safe against all but the fastest normals though
