Yo Antione if you want I can mod that SF for you next time we meet, just buy the parts ad I'll hook that shit up for free. As for Beatface, tell him I'll give him the T5 stick for either $40 alone, or I'll mod it with a new PCB, Semitsu LS-32 stick and 6 Sanwa snap ins for $100.

-Both are modded DC agetec sticks with complete 100% sanwa parts. The artwork is Falcoon wallpaper mods done by Amandasarahlynn aka kawaii bunny.

The white twin is a standard JLF square gate with sanwa screw-ins.

The black twin is my pride and joy and my tournament stick which is a sanwa flash with a modified semi-hard spring and octogon gate, and sanwa screw-ins. (perfect for godlike execution for I-no to rape and pillage with). :bad:

Mynusdono, How did you put artwork onto a dc stick? I wanna do that too : D. did you just print a sticker or something?

I also have a modded HRAP. Which is actually my favorite to use. But it's not pretty like the others. Hmm I'm looking for the deviant art page of the guy who did the Dizzy artwork, but I can't find it. He lives in Malaysia and is quite talented.

Here is my pride and joy:

Too bad it's being sold off soon. ;(

I've burned through many a stick (X-Arcade, Namco stick, HRAP) in the last couple years, but I've always come back to the good old Happ Competition stick. Nothing compares, except maybe my HRAP if it ever gets loose enough.

Edit: Made by the great Dreaded Fist of SRK, if anyone is wondering.

Not only Kenshin, but original GG1 Kenshin-esque Baiken as well. ;) You can always just get the guys at SRK to make you one and ship it out there... but that'd cost a ton of money.

Well back when I got mine (late 2004)... it cost ~$140 USD, after shipping. Now the same model goes for $110 or so. But the popular style it seems are the new mini Sanwa sticks, which can run from $140-$160 for the stick / box / parts alone, before shipping. So after shipping to a place that far.. I'm estimating around $200 USD. Yeah, it's a lot of money. :(

i'm thinking of buying a stick after using a pad for a while. I don't care about customizing one or making my own, so are there any good brands of ready made arcade sticks that don't use the ball-on-a-stick as the joystick? Thanks

T5 Hori From Electronics Boutique, honestly, especially for a being commercially produced: They are a solid stick.

I believe that's just a middle man for MAS and as I have seen and heard for an American Stick they are the best.

EDIT:

Lol I'm ghey Edited to save myself the embarrasment.

I was hooked on phonics as a child.

MAS's are some big ass sticks. If your really set on getting a MAS but don't want to carry around that big heap of mass, get the MAS Mini model, which is basically the same just smaller. But if you want the best, a customs the only option.

Mini MAS- http://www.alphaelectronics.us/pd_mas.cfm

And if you want a bat top stick you could get the SFAC arcade stick and mod the buttons and stick. Or get the Tekken 5 stick, and just switch the ball to a bat(easier said then done though).
