Greetings to everyone. I'm new to the Dustloop forums, and I'd like to thank you for taking the time to read this. Hopefully I can prove my worth to you guys.

Onto the subject at hand: I live in Upper Peninsula of Michigan. People confuse us with being a part of Canada. No, seriously, I wish I was joking. Nevertheless, the fighting game scene up here is about 8 people in the city of Marquette, most of them SF players. 5 of them play BB, and 3 other people are GG players, excluding myself. I didn't happen to see a UP thread here, so if I'm wrong, my apologies.

I would be happy to find some other BB or GG players up here, because honestly... Fighting 3 people, 2 of them whom play Baiken, can get a wee bit stale. We'd love to have some fresh faces in the online BB scene, or the GG scene if you happen to be going to college up here.

Because when people think of Michigan, they think of the downstate part only. We have no major cities up here, nothing truly notable, nothing. We're hidden away, and such. I was just looking for people up here specifically. My apologies for overdoing it.

I can attest to the UP being a totally different place. I go to Michigan Tech, so during the school year I'm up there (even farther away than Marquette). It's a 10 hour drive for me to get to school or back, if that gives you an idea.
