Trouble getting verified

I am new to Dustloop and just registered yesterday. When I signed up however, I was unable to post because I needed to get verified. I had my e-mail set to my ymail.com account (another domain for Yahoo! mail), but I was never able to get a verification e-mail. I checked my spam folder too, and no messages were there. To get verified, I tried changing my e-mail to my hotmail/live address, and I did get confirmation to verify it there. I ended up doing that, then I tried changing it back to my ymail since I don't regularly check my hotmail account, and I still never got a verification e-mail there. I changed it back to my hotmail address.

I'm not sure why I was never able to get mail from this board to my ymail account, but I thought I'd point it out because it's something that may prevent people from joining this community.

Also, I tried changing the theme to Tager, and Blue, but I realized I like the vBulletin default better because I can't read some things on those other themes. I'd like to change it back to default, but I couldn't find a way to do so. Please let me know if there is anyway to do this. Thanks.

Thanks for following up, but it's not a problem for me now because I was able to get registered with a different e-mail address. Even if it was changed to that, I'm concerned I will not be able to receive e-mail from here to my ymail account if I forgot my password. I was only pointing the issue out because other people may not realize or even bother trying if they can't get registered with their ymail account.

Also, thanks for adding the ability to go back to vBulletin default theme.

As with Jolt, I also encountered the same problem. So, I tried two accounts thinking it was just the e-mail address and then waiting for a day. I still didn't get an e-mail notification.

It's a common issue with yahoo! mail that you never get confirmation e-mails. They are terribad for registering to websites, I recommend getting an alternate email to do so.
