Please enable personal photo upload for users

One of the major changes in the profile with VB4 was that tthe focus is on the personal photo, instead of the avatar.

Thus, can you please permit the users to set their personal image, please?

Also, permit users to upload an image for the groups they created.

no. we are already short on server space as is. i thought you could already set an image for groups? also, do people actually use groups for anything useful? all i see are silly things like "league of ironic posters", "tao fans", and groups for regions (which i assume are basically the same thing as the regional threads)
