Hakumen mashing on zanshin (mash those counters) as an avi? Been thinking of doing that myself.

I'm pretty sure the segment in the middle was detailing the character specific timings on how to do that throw combo, since you could not in CSII, and apparently still cannot in CSE, auto pilot that combo. The combo requires that the second hit of Renka whiff, and in order to achieve that, you have to do some funky stuff for certain characters. It is definitely helpful since that 2 magatama combo gives you nearly as much damage as the 3 magatama (only 200-300 less in CSII) for one less magatama.

I guess it is the best way to spend 2 mt off a throw in the corner. I figured it involve a hotaru-j2c-5c-2c thing but I just tested that and that gets you around 3.65k as oppossed to the 3.8k of the renka whiff thing. Then again, in extend I could've probably added an extra 6a or jb in there..but :gonk: Plus the renka whiff combo gives you more mt

Wasn't this the Hakumen who got into SBO back in CSII? Unless it's not A-92 and just someone using his name *looks at Buppa using R-1 as his name.

Maybe considering the MC intro'd him as "The king of king" Hakumen. Kind of looks like him where he keeps calm and stays back except for the random Drive spamming part.

Most, if not all are. I think the only block of videos that might be worrying is the one from this post. But even then, there aren't any incompetent players like that one time. The rest should showcase decent Hakumen play.

Edit: I actually saw your post after I finished the post below, Blade. Sorry if stuff sounds a bit odd as a result.

So Blazblue Revolution Qualifiers are showing up now. There are quite a lot of Hakumens too at this particular qualifier. Most seem to have just picked him up in Extend though... I'll be posting the one(s) (it turned out to just be one ._. ) I think are worth watching.

Alright thanks for the update. I think I'll be getting the game real soon so I won't have to be alternating between games anymore. It is slightly entertaining to see "tier-whores" switch to hakumen because he's "s-tier". You would think by now that BB players know hakumen lacks autopilot capabilities...
