Don't think I can make it. Haven't bought mvc3 yet, but played some with kain. I use Zero/X-23/still not sure on 3rd. Such a great game.

Hulk's bnb does about 80% to Zero though, so it was all good. Also, I bs'ed you with Sent that last game... <_< you bs with Sentinel every game, because sentinel IS bullshit. he is the definition of it Also Zero's HP is really starting to piss me off too, he has NO reason to have below average at fucking all, especially when people like Wesker can piss away more damage for free when Zero has to work his ass off to get ALMOST 700k and that's the charge passing combo I was mentiong that I havent been able to do outside of training mode yet @_@ also MODOK's barrier is stupid as hell, fuck that move >_> FUCK THIS GAME! Astaroth136 Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 Nah, I don't bs with Sent every game. Some games, MODOK and Hulk are enough to win. Sent is just a last resort. I kind of think Zero's HP is pretty balanced. Nothing beats his j.H, and he has some really tricky crossups. Not to mention shadow mode + XFactor is retarded. I've been destroyed by MetalSonic's and Seifuuku's Zero, both of which use OTG assists to make his combos even more damaging. Random super > MODOK barrier all day. Seriously, against Wesker, Dorm, Akuma, Zero (lv. 3), Deadpool, Dante, and any other character with a projectile super, I can't just throw it out from across the screen. People can easily react and punish with a super.

I still havent managed to pull it off online, and to be honest I doubt you even can with any sort of lag. Some of the hits require strict timing I still disagree with Zero's HP. He has absolute shit means of getting passed heavy Zoning, his teleport is completely unsafe to use for it, and hell look at how slow his normal dash and run are >_> also Sougenmu (double image) really doesn't add much damage, it prorates a lot, it's more of an intimidation factor than anything, although you can do unblockable set ups with it, you can't get much more damage out of it than you could doing a normal combo and ending it with Rekkouha. Seiki Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 lol why use Zero when you can use Dante. He has better tools to do what Zero does, more health, and probably more damage. Plus Zero's assists suck and Dante's Jam Session is probably top 4 assists in the game (the other three being Sentinel's drones, Hsien Ko's super armor pendulum swing, and Doom Rocks).

Besides, Zero is actually a little more difficult to use than Dante, and I do think Zero is cooler. Dante is still cool, but I'm tired of his combos, he's got like 400 moves, and only like 6 of them can be used for big damage combos. Zero is actually fun to use and I like his playstyle. Naimat I'm gonna kick your ass with Zero and then after I do I'm gonna yell "WHAT AM I FIGHTING FFOOAOAOOAOAORRRRR!!!?!?!?!" Edited February 23, 2011 by Grimstar

They both have practically the same play style which is just combos and nothing more. Dante has to special cancel to do his long ass combos that requires some execution I think. and FYI I play Wesker Taskmaster and Doom, but I'm liking Marn's team of Zero Magneto and Sentinel just so I can troll you.

Also because when it comes to fightan gaemz I play who I like who happen to fit my playstyle. Zero's a cool guy (prefer classic Megaman over him, plus i think his GBA design is better than his X one) and hes very in yer face rush down. Also Taskmaster huh? nice to know you're still a tier whore, cuz from what I've seen, the dude rapes. Also, I find Dante annoying and part of the so-called "fanboy team" (granted Zero seems to be apart of that too. Zero/Dante/Deadpool seems to be the Ryu/Ken of this game, I've seen many of them online) and I'm a person who hates popular things. Also Also, I've only played the game for a day at Kain's. I don't even own it. I went with Zero because he was familiar to me from TvC. GTFO. Ima stop buyin frosted flakes. PS: I might try to come this weekend. Not sure yet. I may be able to stick around for friendlies/Mahvel, but I won't enter the BB tourney.
