They only need to do it at most two more times and match win. and it can work from a punish, it seems like. MAHVEL BAYBEE I've learned about a "Ratio System" for tournaments determining the characters you pick according to a point system. Up to five and characters are worth 0(Vice) to 5(Raiden). That's what makes it seem interesting. The variety of characters.

Also, I'm fairly sure they're going to balance KoF for the console version. A LOT of people complain about Raiden. They'd be stupid not to.
