It would be nice to see an Introduction Area here. ( for newcomers just like me introduce themselves :P )

If this area already exists I'm sorry but I wasn't able to find it... Or should I just post at General Area?

in my experience, introduction areas are a waste of space for forums. on the other hand, if you're looking for people to meet up and play with, that's what Matchfinder is for. but no, don't post a self-introduction thread, not even in the General area.

edit: btw, don't post threads in the Articles subforum unless you know what you're doing. "suggestions" and site-related questions go in this subforum, "Site Feedback and Suggestions".

Ok, I apologize for my last actions...

But in otherwise I see introduction areas as an safe place for newbies to post, most of them ( just like me ) are afraid to post in other sections since they're new...

Call it just an idiot "fear" but I do have it, and I'm sure that I'm not the only one... But It's ok since you're an Super Moderator I think I can't change your opinion can I?

Anyway Thanks for aswering me... I'll try to post around here...

i understand the feeling, but part of the reason for doing this is that we want this forum to emphasize the discussion of the game first and foremost, ahead of casual chit-chat. when you post, try to keep in mind whether it's relevant and advancing the discussion: no one's keeping track of post count or whatever, so posting for the sake of posting or "just saying something" is counter-productive here. (outside of the Matchfinder forum, of course! lol)

by the way, it's okay to NOT post -- there's no rule that says you must post on the forum, "lurking" is even encouraged/recommended for new members to the forum.

but like i said before, Matchfinder is for introducing yourself to other people in your region, and you can just talk about whatever in your "regional" thread. Sweden doesn't have one here, but I think that's because most of the Swedish players post on another forum for that sort of stuff.
