bi-weekly tourney? Di ako "BI" so di ko alam meaning nyan, ibig sabihin ba nyan eh twice a month? kung tayo tayo lang lagi dun di ba nakakasawa yan? Saka siguradong yung mga taga north eh mag-host din ng tourney nyan.

Gawin na lang muna natin regular yung casuals at least once a week tapos yung tourney once a month.

Tapos kung lumalaki na at marami ng nagpupunta edi saka gawin "bi-weekly".

well para din maka-ipon ng pondo din plus kung may recording top 4 lang madalas uupload ko na mas madali kesa may 6 hours+ casual footage na inde ko kaya upload lahat

at kelangan madalas talaga ang tournament pra maglevel up ang mga tao

yun na Bi-weekly pang attract natin ng tao okay lang mag-simula ng unti para practice din kung paano yun optimal na paraan na gawin to.

May susugest sana ako, pero waits muna hanggang ma resolve yun issue sa ibang venue.

Sa ngayon meron tayong Akiba na pwede mag host ng casuals twice a month.

Pero yun nga mas maganda kung may rotation ng venue para na susuportahan yun ibat-ibang part ng communtiy.

1st: Booth Balance (meron 750php, na nakuha sa akiba p4u tourney launch) So kailangan pa naten ng funds para dito by sept 3.

2nd: Volunteer sa equipment set-ups (go ba tayo sa 4 or 5 stations?)

3rd: Free Play or Pay to Play?

4th: Event plan (Tourney paba or just gaming fun?)

Where: Chef d Angelo, Alphaland Southgate Mall, Edsa-Magallanes, Makati City

Hopefully nakapag settle down na tayo ng balance dun para less hassle.

Kung sino gusto sumama sa boring na meeting post lang dito.

For now parang mas trip ko mag casuals na lang sa side ng IAD. Di din kasi tayo sure kung kakayanin ba yun sabay na tourney along with PPS.

Kung both day may tourney tayo eh mas less time para mag cater sa crowd.

Question lang ulet kung free-play or P2P.

P2P sa PPS,

Ang advantage kasi ng P2P medyo maiiwasan yun gusto mag Hog,yun nga lang syempre doble gastos din para sa participants.

Free-play naman syempre mas masarap nga naman pag libre. madali mag hog, lalo na sa mga regulars.

pwede din siguro mix, 2 stations p2p 2 stations free play, depende lang sa game content.

Rotation na din siguro ng games tulad ng lagi naten ginagawa.

If you need setups; I'll be able to lend equip since my sis and I are definitely going to cosplaymania , and I somehow managed to secure transpo from my dad (mostly because we might not be able to carry the weapon props sis and I are bringing for our costumes via taxi due to their size)

I can lend monitor + ps3. As for games I can lend either P4A, skullgirls, or extend. If you want to deviate from other FG's I can lend Project Diva as well (already installed in my console) , but that's if you don't have another similar game in the lineup because two different rhythm games would be really stupid imo.

Also, between P2P or f2p, I'd rather go for the former, especially so if the game's bound to attract a lot of people (also might help alleviate the cost of the booth as well.) . I guess for games with a smaller fan base/people interested in, we can go for f2p just so they can get a feel of the game. But I think the former is more feasible, as it also somehow prevents possible machine hogging from regulars .

You might be carrying too much stuff if that's the case D: Cosplay stuff and what not. AFAIK we only need around 4 units this time so probably 3 are already confirmed :D So if it's going to be a handful bringing a console/led just opt to not bring it nalang. Para mas enjoy din yung con without worrying too much about equips :3

I feel like it's somewhat okay considering this time around I have transpo of my own for this con (because I had to take into account I have to bring a 6ft long sword lol).

though I'll see. I guess you guys can say my ps3 is a definite sure since I can most likely just stuff it in my bag along with my costume. The Monitor not so sure; will let you guys know as the event goes near; though probably not needed since we only just need a few setups left?

at prolly isang extra table 100. And extra exhibitor Pass is 200, reserve na lang naten to sa mga mga donors, agree naman kayo dito ? Pero Ask ko muna kung ilan ang limit.

BTW guys, kung gusto naten ng cheap alternative sa Pads na papagamit sa station, yung mga mumurahing usb pads ng cd-r king gumagana sa ps3. so either mag dala ang sambayanan ng pad, o stick sila sa CDR king pads. Siguro bibili ako ng 2 para sa ps3 ko.
