He says that if there is enough interest in P4A he'll run a tournament for it. And also there's no venue fee though there may be a tournament entry fee but that shouldn't be too bad. SO SUPPORT IT!

This is a good thing to go to for those who haven't played Persona out of state yet, this would exclude Duckator, ChosenNinja and Myself. Kobayashi, Agito and anyone else interested in leveling up their Persona experience should hit this up. You guys need to play outside of the Illinois environment to gain that experience necessary for that LV up. This especially goes to those who are interested in going to EVO this year since Persona got announced for it. Go out there and gain that experience of playing outside your hometown, it will be worth it!
