"What is a ranbat?" - Think of it like a tournament series where you keep standings, then after 'X' amount of tournaments, we run a final tourney where the points earned seed the tourney. ============================ TOURNEY INFO: Date: 9/7/12 (Friday) Time: 7:30 PM EST Check-in: Starts at 7:00 PM EST (On IRC. See below for details/instructions.) (IF YOU DO NOT CHECK IN, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE TOURNEY. CHECK IN ENDS AT 7:25PM) Player limit: None. Format: Single entry, Double elim, 2 out of 3 ROUNDS, 2 out of 3 MATCHES until Grand Finals, which will be 3 out of 5. Character lock: YES (You can switch between tourneys, but each tourney is character locked) Point structure: 1st = 10 2nd = 7 3rd = 5 4th = 4 Tied-for-5th = 2 Participation = 1 Who can enter: Anyone in Eastern/Central USA or Canada. WHAT ABOUT WEST COAST?: I WILL RUN A TOURNEY FOR WEST COAST IF I GET MINIMUM 8 SIGN-UPS FROM WEST COAST PLAYERS. As long as it is on a Friday or Saturday I should have no problems time might be a problem mid week but with some more info I could try to work around it

It shouldn't be a problem for me but is it possible for me to enter this ranbat and then not the next one but then enter the next next one? I understand I wouldn't have as much points and it would affect my seeding or what not but would that be a problem?

I play Nashfan all the time and his connection is very godlike also played XIII back in BB very good connection as well. I may have found someone to stream this

My connection online has been nothing but consistent. So long as it's not zero, there should be no problems, and given Persona's netcode only reinforces this.
