1st Annual BattleCRY: MAX!!! January 25-27, 2013 in Syracuse, NY

Hello to everyone here on dustloop!

My name is Antoine and I'm starting a new tournament series here in the lovely city of Syracuse called BattleCRY: MAX!!! (Yes the three exclamation points are part of the title:))and I'm trying to get other communities to it. I want to try to create a big tournament series for the scene here in Upstate NY and give back to the fighting game community and videogame enthusiasts alike. BCM is a three day event we are throwing at the Sheraton Hotel on Syracuse University campus in the Regency Ballroom. We do plan on trying to have all the Aksys games there as people are requesting them. BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend, Persona 4 Arena, and Guilty Gear Accent Core+ are scheduled to be at the event. We are also looking for tournament organizers and collaborators for some of these games at the event as well.

Sign ups: Friday, January 25 @1PM

Start Time: Friday, January 25 @2PM

End Time: Sunday, January 27 @6PM

Venue Fee: $20 (subject to change)

  We are also doing drawings for door prizes and special promotions for registering. If anyone is wondering about the venue fee, we are trying to see if we can get the event catered by the staff if we get a lot of people there. There is a discount for the hotel but we are waiting for them to generate a promo code for their website for use. The entry fee for the games is $10 across the board for bigger pots.
