Change Display Name

I remember there being an option to change your display name, I haven't used it before but now since the username I'm currently using doesn't match my GTs/PSN names I was wondering if it would be possible to change it?

i don't recall that setting in the old forums, i had to change them manually and i eventually got sick of it because of people abused the privelidge.
