Some of the stages seemed to cause some noticeable slowdown whenever Mu's steins were out. Would probably be best if you didn't choose random.

Ggs to Ratix08. Those combos and resets really surprised me.

Also saw that Vita tournament today. That was... severely underwhelming. As far as I could see not a single decent player was invited/knew about it. Didn't help that many of its participants also had noticeably laggy connections, though maybe that was just from the recorded stream.
