BBCS2 Final Loketest Changes

Apparently this is loketest #5, and is the final loketest before the arcade release of BBCS2 on December 8th in Japanese arcades. Loketest #5 is available from November 15th to the 22nd, and listed changes have been piling in. Special thanks to Ushidonburi for Tweeting the changes, and your fellow Dustloop members for translating the Tweets into a compiled list. So read up, and be happy/sad at the changes before it hits the arcades, and possibly a console patch...
