Here's the details straight from Sakamoto-San recent twitter update

" DCC7は11月24日12:00よりハンター開始。セイヴァーはハンター終了後、くじ引き等を経て、おそらく15:00頃開始。ってことを誰か英訳してfacebookのセイヴァーコミュに書き込んでください。BBQしながらrestreamするそうです。楽しそう"

Google Translation states:

DCC7: Vampire Hunter starts from 12:00 on November 24. After completion of the Vampire Hunter & through the lottery, Vampire Savior will begin probably around 15:00.
