Honestly I give this matchup 5-5 or maybe 5.5-4.5 in Carl's favour, but only because Carl has some pretty scummy shit thats Tager specific, but in a neutral game its pretty even (kill nirvana more), carl has shitty defensive options against gadget mixup, carl can't really get in or get away (airdash = free punish, every time, dash = slow), and on offense, tager is good against carl (if carl does something like 5c 6d, you can actually 236A through the 6D and make carl block into your pressure) Like all tager matchups, 5-5, get caught and die.
