Yeah that's pretty much meta-game. It isn't as prevalent in BB because more things are reactable, while in SF most things cannot be reacted to so different playstyles and meta-games are more viable. BB is more about reactions and SF is more about mindgames. (they say mental chess, I say guesswork). It's also because SF is a much older and more played game. People simply know more about SF theory. Yomi means, to read the mind of an opponent. It's basically and educated guess based on conditioning and habits. I say have meter, because, if you guess wrong, a RC can often save you from punishment. This is especially true of ID. a guess is just a guess, play smart and you will eliminate as much luck as possible from the match. Remember, it's only a good guess when it works...
