Arakune=never will be balanced. Makoto=toned down. Tao=no fucking tauntloop damage decrease overall from I can tell. Bang=Shit Carl=Closer to CT status, not bad but not all that great. Haku-men-smeh Ragna=still good Jin=CT like Rachel=CT like Hazama=toned down Tsubaki=Still shit but has better damage Litchi=Still rapes in the corner...just not brain dead easy to get there...toned down a lot. Noel=Still sucks ass but has great damage. Tager=more gimmicky than ever.
