  1. That means out of the 4 lows he has (2A, 2B, 3C and 2D), the good ones (2A and 2B suck really bad proration-wise) cannot be followed up properly without RC. They also added a same move prorate of 50% (which is definitely alot) on the 2nd hit of 5D, which does not go hand-in-hand with Bloodedge's SoulEater lifegain increase mechanic. There are other changes as well that, by themselves, don't really seem bad, but when taken into account in the big picture, gimp Ragna's combo potential. That takes alot of explaining from my part which I don't feel like doing right now. I'm really really hoping that the NESiCaXlive thing in the Japanese arcades allows convenient patch-balancing/ fine-tuning of arcade version of BB, so that we don't have to wait till the next installment of BB just to see Ragna perfected balance-wise. I don't want to wait that long. But in the meantime, I'll just grin and bear it, I guess, and like you say, Ragna does seem more interesting to play. (hey that rhymed)
