nah, imo ange is prob mid, mainly because her specials take a long time to set up, and her normals are pretty on the not good ~ ok range if she does get a proper set up say goodbye to your life tho, lol i think eva might be pretty high considering her meta world is a huge damage buff in general, but its probably going to be in team tiers rather than single char tiers because of how the game uses both character's abilities edit: @tofu: i would say it would be around the same level as bb, maybe less because it's so basic. there is really no juggles at all and most combos are just gatlingx2 by using dash cancels
