Is an RC'd VV decent as a Sidewinder starter? by RC I mean on the first hit, it does pretty good damage and its invulnerability are good I guess but the tension use kinda sucks

well he still has his dp's and with ib you can easily escape him, unless tager got more blockstun on ground moves
