From what I can tell by playing shitty makoto players. - Don't attack in the air ever. Not only is his jump slooooooow, but all of his air attacks can easily be parried. Shit is free. - Alot of her moves have low profile as noels 3c. Beats 5a mash and leads to good damage and oki. - BBS super is godlike. Freezes time and punished pokes pretty effectively. - Whenever i did 2c on her air tele, it punished 100% of the time. Just my thoughts on playing 3 very bad makotos on xbl. Not making judgments till i actually play a good mak. Pretty much it.

School and money. Sucks, but that's life for you. With that, i lost all my chances to join Team St1ckBuG.

I was typing on my phone. Sorry. In place of 5c. Really, I've never been hit with 5c fatal, so i really don't know what sort of damage or set-ups he can do from them(enlighten meeeeeee). Though i would replace it with J.C as it is an instant overhead that leads to his most damaging combos and a hilariously good move that makes his mix-up game even more dangerous(in curse mode btw). Very dangerous move that can fuck you up for making one mistake.

If you take the tier list literally, Arakune is mid-high to high tier. I find this pretty funny as nobody was arguing that Ara wasn't a good character(well, the people who actually play the game), so god only knows what your trying to prove with this. :cool::cool::cool::cool:

Tier lists are based on opinions and backed up by data to make the most accurate assessment of where they place on a list from top to bottom. Note the word 'Opinion'. You don't need to listen to any tier-lists at all, its just worthwhile to read if your wondering how your character matches up with certain characters. I really don't why we're still talking about this.

Using another person to prove that a character is better than he is is pretty dumb. Using a tired example, Kuroda, a 3s player who mains Q. He usually wins most of his matches. Does that mean Q is better than the tier lists suggest? No, it doesn't. Q is low tier and will always be low tier as he is lacking way too many options that other characters have. Kuroda is just that good. Arakune without curse is garbage and relies too much on try to land curse. Characters who can keep pressure on Ara or could zone him is a huge problem. Souji just makes the character work for him even though he's really not that great.
