Leon is his localized name. Lion is his original name, and no, not just a romanization. I wouldn't say... upset, but oh well. The movie was an excellent way to show a little of his past. But he is like that in the game because of just that? From such attitudes, one would expect much more from Yuri's backstory. It's not just "I was a soldier, then I killed a dog who was important to the team, there were betreyals, I killed a mage and now I hate the Empire for it's burocracy and lack of responsabilities". It looks way too "light" for me to swallow it and say "yeah, he did all that in the game because of just that". Actually, maybe just that was enough. But if that's true, then I can say that they could've developed it a lot more. A lot. Gasp, will have to divide the comment in two parts.
