jin is untouched lol if 2d is no slower than ct version, his CH5c will still do 4k plus knockdown. -Tao now has a useless over head plus damage nerf. -2b not combo-able will hurt mix up because 2a leads to no damage and 2b had more range -3c did not need a nerf. cant really combo of the shit now Its all good though, I got nerfed ragna back.
