It ends when the tourney for BB starts. I'd suggest trying to be there earlier (possibly before the time SSF4 starts) just so you can pay your entry fee and give info to the guy who runs AR (Kurasa) before he gets busy participating in the tourneys. Even if you don't like SSF4 there should be a station or 2 running some BB casuals while waiting for the tourney to start. If you have any more questions, I guess ask me (I live in KC and can't even make it to every AR ). If I can't answer any I can just forward them to Kurasa
