Noel isn't that strong in CS2 and I like tager in it, he actually has repeatable pressure. Arakune doesn't even look that bad in CS2 I think he's the most fair top tier since bang. Sooo tier whoring might not be the best thing in CS2 its slowly getting balanced. Sad thing is BBCS2 is argued to be more balanced than GG...don't quote me on it.
