Are you talking about AA 6A? I don't really bother to do anything else but 5D afterwards because depending on the height, I think 5C or 2C won't really work if they block the 6A. It's not really something I think about too much. I don't usually do run 6D after BE combos since I'm not confident in landing them 100%. It depends on how I feel, I guess 6A is unchanged from CT. Hitstun and blockstun frames are determined on the level of the move. That info should be from CT, so you should be able to find it.
