Yeah, they usually get a head sou chef job as part of winning. They have a one year contract at the place promised. After that, they're usually fired/let go once the contract expires because they're actually terrible chefs anyways. I think the only chef to win Hell's Kitchen that is actually working at some baller as place is the first season's winner.

I think Russel, Trev, and Jillian are better. IMO It was a mistake for Ramsay to let Vinny go, but I guess Ramsay thought he wasn't improving at all. Everyone sucks though. This season is probably better than last season, but everyone sucks in terms of cooking ability. Like I said though, Sabrina is too young to win. Twenty-two is barely crawling on all fours in cooking land.

I don't see how visual lag (tv connections, TV/projector used) plays a part in this since he is obviously using the left screen, the 360, to land his combos (which he does just fine for the most part). The only things in question should be how the stick is connected to the two consoles and whether or not the consoles have a difference in input lag. The former is probably more important than the latter right now.
