Hey Bacon, thanks for the enthusiastic response! The basic motto for anyone who is trying to get competition is to start a scene in your area. In all areas without an arcade, a scene will not just spring to life on it's own. So, you have a few options, I suppose.. If there's any place that rents out time on video game systems, you could try to advertise an event at one of those (IE post on Dustloop matchup thread, SRK, local places, etc) and just have people come together and meet each other there. The hardest part is just meeting people who play, because until there's an established "community", there's no grounds to work with aside from inviting strangers into your house (As trusting of a man I am, I wouldn't recommend it. Lol)
