That would be kind of d'awwwwh. I kinda doubt he's a soul like Terumi though... As much as it would make sense/explain a lot, I think there's something else that makes Relius seemingly near immortal.

I've been wondering this for ages D; He seems to be immortal. Doesn't he fall into a cauldron in Phase 0 as the Black Beast is coming out? And Nirvana slashes him seemingly pretty badly in the CS2 EX2 story. >o>

I wonder if any other part of Relius is robotic, or if it's just his arms. I want to take a guess and say that his mask is perhaps hiding something around his eyes which may be robotic.

To be honest, if Phantom is Nine (which is most likely in my opinion due to Valkenhayn and Jubei's reactions in CS), she's probably not really Nine mentally, just physically, and hell, maybe not even physically anymore. She has no arms, and the majority of her body is obscured. I'm willing to bet Relius played around with her body before they turned her into Phantom or when Terumi killed her he just ripped her to shit. Nine's being constantly controlled by ether Saya, Hazama or Relius, so I doubt she'd become playable, as she seems to have little will of her own so far.

My boyfriend said he thinks she'll be a trap-based character, as "BlazBlue hasn't had one yet", or something akin. I have no idea how she'd play, but I'm looking forward to it if she does 8D She's got a lo of possibilities for awesome attacks, being both really smart in Science and being able to use magic.
