Sorry for the lack of an update. Things got really busy lately so less time to draw. Here's a WIP of one the commissions I'm doing right now for half-body commissions. I'll be editing my signature in a bit after I finish finalizing details and stuff. I finished making one recently and I'll be using it as a preview. By half-body, this refers from head to at least thighs or hips, depends on what I feel like doing, but more or less half-body. There will be no backgrounds unless you want me to do so but it will only be something like colors or a few patterns. Preview: *watermark'd Poses will be different from this of course, I went with a character design like approach for this one. Half-body, fully colored and I'll be sending you the .psd file so you can do whatever you wish with it. Kindly PM me details thru DL or dA! Lastly, the price is $12. Oooh, a Pen and Touch. Good choice. Same sensitivity as the one I'm using. And just continue practicing! It will be really tough to adjust at first so you can practice by drawing lines across a canvas at least 3 times before you formally start drawing. Unlike on paper, you can just delete the canvas, this is just for practice of course. So you can draw vertical lines first, starting from top to bottom then bottom to top. The same with horizontal lines, left to right then right to left. With this, you get a better feel of moving with the tablet like how far should your wrist go when you want to draw. Some of the sketches are directly drawn onto the tablet. The Yosuke and Miku fanart I did was done purely on the tablet. There are drawings that come from paper -> scan -> ink+color as well. If you were to ask which I would prefer, probably drawing onto the tablet directly as it saves paper. XD Not only that but it doesn't turn out what I want during paper to computer transition haha. Examples would be... all of the commissions I've done so far.

Ah yeah, was supposed to post regarding location of casuals. Akiba is down, so is iPlay and Caltrops. There's the one in Katipunan but I hear it's expensive (Blue Skies?) and there's one that's also along Taft (Infinity Place). Both are expensive as far as I can remember. There's always... A2G but there could be the issue with space and there seems to be another community there already. We could... if we really wanted to but yeah. My house is... pretty much impossible for holding casuals due to reasons (as much as I want to). Actually, I texted Kuya Edwin who's the guy at iPlay before and there was no reply whatsoever. Best case scenario, it's just under renovation but yeah, even their site is gone so... RIP? --- As for the con, it seems Cosmania's a good choice. Free booths are great if we ever have any. u_u BoA has another group going for it na. Toycon focuses more on Marvel and stuff so UMVC3 would take the cake here. There's anime too but yeah, more on Western stuff.

No comment. This is for everyone to decide. Well, there's always paypal for online donations and paypal -> bank is not really a problem. Bank -> paypal could be a problem since only Union Bank can do that. There's always the part we can open a bank account but it might become a hassle, leaving that to you guys. Paypal works as an e-purse for everyone and it can be quite convenient. Wish I get a job soon. ;_; Job hunting is scary. --- Well before anything, we can first pick which con we want to attend, contact them for details regarding the package then we can all meet up prob at d-tier (rip akiba, the signs were all gone when I checked today) to decide what to do about it. Besides Ozine, the rest seem pretty far away giving us room to save up and plan and the like. Go go go? :D

Hmm, with the time we have left, we can hold save up tourneys for the meantime. No harm in asking for their packages for booths tho so that we can have some sort of goal in mind. :3c Atm, I'm trying to look for a job to earn some funds and other stuff so hopefully I can get to donate this time. I'd say Cosmania is a good option out of all of these. Ozinefest is an okay option too. Will leave up the deciding to you guys. I purposely left PCC out due to the location. But if you're interested, it's at Robinsons. ---- Planning on holding cassies this sat at GLHD. o/

Does someone have a list of conventions that's going to be held this year? All I know is PCC is on March, BoA is on September and Cosmania will be on October. I'm not sure about Ozine as Otaku Expo will push through some other time and these 2 cons are different as far as I'm concerned. What makes Ame a bit better than the rest of these cons is that Ame concentrates on games rather than the usual con which is on anime/manga. If money's the issue then yes, we can hold another one next time. I do admit the booth space price is higher than the norm as Ame is just a one-day event. As for the advertising, it's harder to pull people in fighting games that are in the minority as compared to the more famous games. I guess we still need to continue adverising until we can only hope that the games we're offering gets a boost in popularity for people to stick with it. This is just my opinion tho. tl;dr if money's the problem then we can just save up for another con we can have a booth in. If it's something else then let's try to fix it. :3
