Ahh i use Paint tool SAI, which is i think Japanese made? 60$ ish. i think it does a better job than photoshop at blending.... ohhh humm i dont recommended blurring, it sometimes kills color translation, use the eyedropper tool to pick a similar one is usually better. and if you are using photoshop, the brush should automatically haves pressure sensitivity. LOL
