I like to think its because the threads here are doing their job and making it easy for people so they don't have to ask the same questions and we don't give the same answers every month.

Mixup From an extended J.D whiff just past the opponent's head you can D followup and J.A after to end your momentum then back-airdash when you fly over them for a crossup with J.2C. Its also ambiguous enough that you can hit them from either side the same way, making it very difficult to see which side to block it. When getting some respect from the opponent in a match, its usually a good idea to give this a try. I sometimes do this after knocking them away at midscreen with Jabaki. (236D) Oki Setup When doing a combo on them in the corner, you can go into J.Cx5 >66 >2C >214D~B. This leads into a high enough wallbounce that you can have time to move into a setup. (Example: Cross-under then Cross-over into J.2C) There maybe more ways into this, but I'm not too sure and I find myself using this method the most.

Obviously someone hasn't looked at LK's thread lately. sG: Posting and sharing tech was my main concern here, ease of access into starting to learn the character for newcomers too. Mods are not really an issue here, this place does fair with or without them. The threads started here lately are definitely something in the right direction, I believe. With consistence though, that may take awhile, but not impossible here. There are some good people that want this board to be useful and not messy with people asking the same things over and over because they can't find what they're looking for. Anyway I'll do what I can to contribute here and hope for the best, guys.

Welp, I may as well start putting out my thoughts on matches and give some life here. Long range: Usually the waifu stuffs out whatever Rachel I brewing. (Lobelias, george, etc) Make some use of Lanto and Lyra as both for punishes and discourage her zoning. Wind movement can be problem though, a bad call can have Rachel flying at you for some hurtin. Naturally, keep an eye on that wind gauge please. Mid range: Ugh this is where things get hazy in the match, mostly use 5B or 2B into Lanto to hold her still for an approach. Keep an eye for the pumpkin if its out, it can easily clip you if you're planning an approach and not looking.. Close range: Oh here go, the in-your-face moments. It mostly feels he's got control when he is in there, make use of the advantage and push for the corner if you can. On the OTHER end of it, her midscreen pressure is mostly escapable save a J.A mixup (How to block? ) When its her corner, its not a good day. Usually, its risk or meter to get away if Rachel doesn't let herself get pushed too far back. I've mostly found myself using CA for room in this matchup.. Offense: For both, it looks like alot of tap-and-run in the match, with both needing to keep an eye on meter. (Relius especially) Mostly you're going to be have trade damage for controlling space here. Defense: Her defense sucks, your defense sucks. Just deal with it, guys. Gimmicks are pretty possible here, in fact, I ENCOURGE them.

Really now, this is what happens while I go to a major for once? Well, where do I start? Okay first, Sadeyo, I do wish the mods(or just Dusty at least) could give at least a bit more "presence" here. As for the mod issue itself, we don't need the godliest most perfect Hazama player to Mod us. We just need a competent and fairly active player with good character knowledge to moderate discussion and info. Little discussion will usually mean light moderating. I'm just going to ask, do we really NEED someone to "represent" us? I mean I'm pretty sure that thought doesn't go through KV's mind at a major. Certainly didn't go on in MY mind at SNCI. I just went to compete, have fun, and get involved with the community. With the wiki, its not going to make anyone an immediate good player. Its just pointed there for its broad covering of most common questions. I suppose there could a FAQ guide or something here for the new of new since they may just head HERE first, it couldn't hurt. But of most of what happens here, there is really little to complain about other than the less than "gotta go fast" posting frequency here.

This version's combos really do feel too easy. Then again, I played the shit out of him since CS1. There also isn't too much difference in his combos(well most of them) from CS2, so it was really easy to settle in.
