With OD Houtenjin, you only need the one second from guard cancel, it seems to hit hard enough. Guard cancel overdrive in general definitely changes the pace of the game.

The only thing that gets to me is when I get quite ahead of my opponent in a match and they suddenly lose the will to live and take their hands off the controller. That may be fine in a finishing combo, but just letting your hands go limp when you still have a chance to fight back will never not bug me.
