To differenciate, Foonzo's poutine is crispy and limited in sauce and cheese, while originaly it's supposed to be saucy and chewy.

In terms of original poutine I still prefer the one from La Belle Province more than Foonzo's because it's the original and chewy receipe, but I do enjoy my poutine with extra roast beef and bacon with Tabasco at Foonzo though, but to each their own.

I wouldn't say that the one at our venue is anything near godlike but still is edible unlike a few other places. Poutineville or La Banquise would be optimal but not essential, depends how well we want to treat our fellow visitors.
