Anyone know why I can't connect or create lobbies in Arcana but my net seems fine in every other game?

Hey guys, its been a while. The recent announcement of P4A at Evo has got me really wanting to play the game again. I stopped playing it and going to the meetups about a month after it released? Then tried to learn Marvel but that just failed. I just can't play marvel, too many colors and flashes and that weird page tearing thing and watching it all just gives me a headache, lol. But yeah, I wanna relearn P4A and I am interested in Guilty Gear; so whats the deal on the meetups nowadays? Is it some kind of "this week at shtkn's and the other week at saltmines" thing?

I've been working Fridays so its been a long, long time since I've had the chance to check stuff out again. How is Guilty Gear looking in San Diego?
