I've had a good time over the year I've been here. Not sure if it's just me but I've heard YT has been playing up for some people but anyone else having problems when clicking on a link that should direct someone to say "13:35" but it only takes them to the start. You may want to read the links to see where you need to go to watch that match. I'm thinking it's You Tube becomming even more unreliable but thought I'd mention it on this recent post of mine. I used to just focus on getting to feel how j.2D > jc9 > J.2C [lvl2] was like in training mode without putting it into a combo. When I got used to how it felt, I then started trying to put it into combos. As many have been told on here you just got to keep practicing and then it'll become natural to you In training mode from the starting position I did jump9 > J.2D > jc9 > J.2C with "Force counter hit" on, (I didn't include J.C as I was just getting used to the J.2D part onwards) to see if I could get the ground bounce to happen from doing that section on it's own. When I got used to doing that I then tried it in combos like 6A CH > 5B > jc9 > J.C > J.2D > jc9 > j.2C [lvl 2] then you just keep practicing, soon after you then start learning the possible combos onwards after the J.2C [lvl2] In a way I guess you could get the training dummy set to "jump" then you could practice jump9 > J.C > J.2D onwards that way. I find it generally easier to break things down and work on things one at a time. I'm not very good at explaining things but I tried my best to explain how I got used to it. Apologies in advance if I make no sense

Thought I'd mention here as well: EDIT: Next to links now you'll see something like this at times, example "x8". I've just reduced a number of links down into one link that features 8 games in a row with the same players EDIT 2: Things are going along nicely as planned. Done all sections. I'll be going back through the link dates to remove 20 from 2012/2013 to save on some post space. Done I've managed to reduce 6,000 characters roughly using the above methods. That should last a while for fitting all the video links into one main post. Soon I'll split it in half and use some of the post that is currently my presentable links guide to store future videos. I'm just wondering though, if CP is going to be around and about for a few years. Will one video thread cope with the volume of videos throughout that time? ... @Kirbster: Thanks for naming N-O there Haven't been able to go through videos the last couple of days. Going to be sorting out the Main Match Ups post now to reduce the charcter limit before it hits 50,000 and make it tidy as possible. I've got some plans down in my head on how I can tackle the 50K limit wall. Change the names to 236A/B/C etc. on the name labels.

We're now onto Page 32 of the CP Video Posting Thread for videos onwards now. The Notable Japanese Rachel Player Rankings have been updated for this week (03/03/2013 GMT 18.11) I must also mention I have made a slight change next to the players ranking number. In brackets I have noted their previous rank position from the week before so this can give people an idea of how much change as happened throughout the week. Hopefully this slight additional will be useful in some way Sorry for the all the text and no videos in this post but it's best to let you all know how things are rolling along I want to mention thanks to Zoular for informing me on how the video threads are doing in terms of the 50,000 character limit per post. He has experianced this issue with the Taokaka Video Posting Thread and after heeding his words. I have checked the status of The Rachel Video Posting Thread and it is currently at 48K characters. This is a good time for me to explain why I had some "dots" next to a chunk of A-cho matches. The reason I had those dots was so that I could later use one link and say "this video link here features x8 matches from that point onwards in the video". A bunch of Tager matches were experiment to this and I'm sure to use that method as it has helped to reduce the character limit and still inform players that there are a certain amount of matches there to be watched. So I'm going to work on resolving this for a while and get the tracks laid before things go of track so to speak

As a friend of mine once said. "Twice the amount of wind, twice the amount of poles, twice the amount of lighting and too much flying around" xD In a way I don't mind Rachel mirror matches because you can pick up a tip or two from fighting the other Rachel I believe though, I'd rather fight every single character just because of story relations but that might just be me?

Did someone mention FF12 "I'm Captain Basch Von Ronsenburg of Dalmasca" About all I can remember of playing that game apart from that tower near the end of the game iirc. You can't detonate them, I am sure of that. However Horizontal (left and/or right) Lotus I'm sure can be used for assistance in corner carrying and if you hit the opponent when they have Lotus on them, (I did see in one video linked somewhere) It showed you can use Lotus to get your opponent straight to the corner due to how it affects wind and Rachel movement I'm not very good at explaining things xD Sorry I couldn't find the video I was looking for, for reference.

You've just reminded me of a DS game called "Nostalgia". That game features airship battles as well. Dreamcast wise I lost all my wires and some games, I don't even know if it still works xD

The world has too many good RPGs, if only I spent more time buying games than figures xD Mentioning RPGs, my Xenoblade OST arrived the other day. Got it from PlayAsia if anyone is interested, they got them in stock again ;_; It's good to know Zen are in the city but a shame nobody wants BB around it seems. Only event I can think of in Bristol atm is this weekday thing (Wednesday or Thursday I can't remember) where the games more players turned up for are played I guess. I'll have to ask if they've got any Arc games down there at all and if it's still going as I lost interest when there wasn't any BB to play xD

Now that we can combo into AH, it makes sense to make it blockable I guess. I'm going to have good fun practicing combos into Astral

Don't worry about rushing the video, it's best to focus on work/studies first

It's painful to hear the fact ;_; Sodium Showdown has stopped (Only one I know and went to in Bristol) so no Arc games there sadly. Only this mid week event goes on now but no Arc Games sadly >_> If I catch word Hokuto No Ken is there though, I'll go down just for that game. That was really fun even though I didn't have a clue what I was doing xD I wish Sodium would come back for BB.

A British Newspaper I've heard (Can't remember which one it was and I haven't seen myself any news sorry) estimates around £300. That's all I've heard though, I don't bother to check up the info around new consoles and stuff.

I enjoyed watching that combo video. I'm just wondering how much extra damage could added on if Rapid Cancel is used at the end of snazzy OD Daifunka, just curious (I haven't been keeping tabs on much Bang info tbh, need to pop by and check more often for news)
