Not too sure about my chipp being godly but thanks lol. No other millia online has beaten me other than ice prince and i think psylocke got me once or twice. But other than that no other one has beaten me. Ice prince knows VERY well how to use millia so any advice that he would give i would take over anyone anyday. The only other would be AKA.

There arent many chipps online(good ones anyway) other than myself really... BUt i dont play online anymore <_<

While there is a benifit to it. Chipp online is VERY hard to play. Losing isnt so much a problem as it is your moves coming out when you want them to. It becomes quite a headache when you know you dashed forward and you end up standing still, I've tried it and it just doesnt do it for me

IN response to kasou. I dont play online. I completely stopped playing it a few days after it came out. Lag because an issue as well as me not being able to play reload chipp AT ALL. And I will not relearn a shitty character so that it fucks up my game in later gg games. At least thats how i saw it

I just dont think that your list was fully thought out. You can feel free to prove me incorrect. So yeah im going to rip your idea's apart because they arent fully thought out well. It is up to you as the person bringing forth the idea to prove ME incorrect. Marilyn vs soldat. Marilyn has to work alot harder than you think to get in. Soldat has solid AA options against her. Granted she needs to be pretty quick to get in on soldat. The only way she can get in on him is by jumping in. Soldat can easily keep her from jumping in. She doesnt have good jump in's either. So Soldat ALSO wins in the department. Soldat cannot play the air to air game with her however because of the fact her j.a is just too good. Soldat has a superior zoning game to her. If she gets in easily on soldat. Soldat isnt playing correctly. If she gets in however. Soldat has alot of issues because he cannot deal with her frametraps well. Outside of random flash kicks and random parries. He doesnt really have the upclose poking game to deal with her upclose poking skills. in that respect its the ONLY way she shuts him down. AT BEST its an almost even match up. (in soldats favor imo) Also, I dont like how you came at me on aim at all. So thats partially why i posted the way that i did. So my apologizes if it seems as if i am attacking you. But plain and simple, You were an ass.

OK your top 3 = FAIL Aka is obviously no.1. Fritz is NOT S tier by any means. his dashes are GOOD. not at all broken. His pokes are good too once again not at all broken. He does good damage yes. But its hard to hit an opponent with fritz. Especially if their names are SOLDAT AKATSUKIand MYCALE. Soldat OBVIOUSLY, next to mycale, has to have one of the most solid games period. He has DAMAGING COMBOS as well as extremely power pressure game. His zoning is top notch Something marilyn cannot do. Marilyn DOESNT do massive damage outside of the corner OR with out having to burn a super or level 3. Not to mention you have to hit your opponent ALOT with marilyn in order to do any kind of damage. Instead of comparing her to chun, How about comparing her to someone like... Chipp??? Without all the damage issues. Also as dan said, SHE HAS NO LOW!!!! her sweep doesnt lead to any more damage:V:V:V:V:V:V. HOW IS SHE TOP TIER? Mycale is AUTOMATIC number 2 imo because she keeps out and she does good damage. She also HAS combos. She has the best keep out in the game hands down. Ive been playing blitz all week and I have to say that i feel as though my tier list is VERY accurate if not spot on for the current point in time.

Lets see 1. Most of sai's combos tend to be rather.... Shitty. This is mainly due to the fact that they happen to be VERY hard to pull off consistantly OR they are 1 frame links 2. He has decent pokes up close but he has no range game whatsoever. 3. This 22 moves are horrible. They arent invincible and your opponent can jump out of them on reaction with ease. (edit this) They can also stand there taunt laugh and then hit him in the mouth for trying such a shitty move 4. His does ok damage if you get them to the corner. Midscreen, he does jack shit. 5. His level 3 is OK at best. I think it sucks ballz as the opponent can still jump out on reaction. Edit: Put up full tier list thoughts

Yeah, I know about comboing that, yeah it is really good. Also her j 2c is REALLY good to mess with peoples heads when used correctly. I really have to mess with her more cause she does not suck AT ALL. i am really impressed with her.

well she is very pokey. I think her jumping b is an awesome air to air. I dont know about her tricks yet but ill post up some combos or make a video for her. Ive been playing with all the characters, neither of the 2 boss characters are busted as previously thought. So i might take up the main boss as a character. GB: yeah sadly though comboing into her grab is shitty because it scales so fucking much if you use jab. Not sure about invincibility but i know her dashing grab will go through some standing pokes.
