Circuitous

The manga's a good read and goes on a little over a year past the anime. This GIF as-is meets Dustloop's relatively strict filesize requirements. If you wanted to lower it further, here's some tips. 1. The transparency on the text adds a bunch of colors. If the font were a solid color, it wouldn't need all the in-between blending colors. Smaller palette, smaller filesize. 2. A simple outline border will reduce the filesize a touch and give it a nice division against the forum background. Also... are the frames out of order, or is that just me? Something seems odd about the splatter, and there's a sudden jerk to the left. Other than that it's fine.
