    the guy with the hood is an assessin from the Assessin Guild, (one of Venom's subordinate) The girl is a villager that ask help from Chipp, Baiken and Venom in one of Chipp's endings. And the guy with the mask is a warrior of an army Slayer is leading against the Post War Administration Bureau. I ripped them myself, taking screencaps, old school style.
