My join date predates yours. I'm an east coast player. You have no idea how good I am. None of his FRC's are needed notice needed isn't the word "useful." I do acknowledge that they would change the game, because then people would actually get to see them much more often.

They take up a quarter of the bar, why should I have to listen to constant complaining about them not coming out? HO'S doesn't really need them either. Oh boy, I can fake out someone and get a throw off, or, get an active charge in, in the middle of a combo for 10 extra points of damage. Whoopdiedo. And the active charge FRC is easy as shit already anyway. Point is, many characters suck without them from what I can see (but I only play as HO'S so this is coming from someone who only hears people complain) and since it takes a quarter of the bar, and the fight should be more in the mind than in tech skill...why the heck not? The only way it would change the game is, less people would become frustrated, thus less people would leave. I haven't left, I'm not frustrated, except with how small the GG scene has become. May even get more people into the scene since they can L2P faster.

I play as Holy Order Sol, I virtually never FRC. It's not a problem for me. FRC at 8 frames guarantees the people I play won't fuck up their FRC combos anymore. I don't really care about the hitbox changes, I just think you know, a pixel here or there to help with problems. Like Robo-Ky's AA issue could be helped slightly by increasing a vertical hitbox by one pixel. I fly right over him with an air dash, and there's nothing he can do. lol? Hit box changes don't need to happen at all I suppose, Guilty Gear balance is just fine, certainly one of the most balanced fighters around IMHO So really, I only emphasize the need for FRC fixing, since I think it's just stupid to take up a quarter of the bar for something ultra hard to time. It wouldn't change balancing or top tier play, just casual players could break in easier. It should take up no super bar for how hard it is to time IMHO 8 frames This is the equivalent to what SF4 did for SF nubs...lol Double tap forward for SRK! Genius! I don't think they should put that crap in here of course. Just fix the FRC timing, don't create baby zone. Like I said, I could care less for myself, I play as Holy Order Sol. This is just for the annoying "FRC didn't come out" excuses I've had to endure the entire length of my Guilty Gear experience. "If only I could get my FRC's to come out, I could beat your HO'S, you're so lucky he doesn't need them, you don't understand how hard and stupid it is."

Yeah, Ky is already Holy Order Ky. lolol If they do release an updated version of GG, they only need to make very very slight balance changes, like slightly bigger hit boxes for B through D tier characters, and slightly nerfed hit boxes for S, and A tier characters...possibly extended time, and shortened time where enemies can tech certain moves...like Robo-Ky would be much better if people couldn't always just tech out of his 5HS FRS, dash c.S (very hard to get the dash c.S in) IMHO the untechable time should only be extended by one frame though on whatever moves, maybe two frames at the most. Or just speed another move up so you can catch the opponent anyway. Other than those slight balance changes...make all FRC windows 8 frames instead of 2/3. I mean come on, it already takes a quarter of your bar. It doesn't need to be ultra hard to time on top of that. And we all know the Slash announcer was way better than the Accent Core announcer!

Yeah, do it up. Spam this shit everywhere. (that's how I got here) The petition shouldn't say anything bad about Guilty Gear, like "it's weird" or whatever that stupid crap was... And it shouldn't ask for Accent Core Plus necesarily, but "an updated version with the Slash announcer, possibly a couple balance changes, and bigger FRC windows to encourage more people to buy. If not, Accent Core Plus is fine."

If only it had online play by being on PC, or PSN I'd be set. XBLA is fine, but I hate paying to play, and the 360's break all the time.

Yeah, IMHO most of the first post is not irrelevant and the info should be kept in the rewrite. There is at least quite a bit of info IMHO missing from the first post though, so I hope you do a beast job of updating it. Personally I'd like to see the character specific options for following up the tech trap after his throw. You know, throw [wall stick] j. hp, j. d, land, jump, air grab tech trap, land, ??? I've had minor success with 5K, 5S, j. S, ??? after the air grab, but it usually falls off because I don't know what to do, and I can't seem to land the damage consistently. Vs. Ky, I find after the air throw, I actually have time to get a 5S, J. HS, J.D, dj.HS, J.D, BRP Also, I don't see one of my favorite combos vs. taller characters Dash, J. HS, J. D, LVL2 SV, land in the corner, 5S, J. HS, J.D, dj.HS, J.D, BRP And though I know it's not popular, I also do LVL 1 GB, 5S, JI, 5HS, HJC, j.S, dj.S, J.HS, SV It gets more damage than the standard HJ. S, j. HS, j. D, BRP...and is more consistent than the j. S, J. K, J. S, (dj. S,) j. HS, SV Seems to be a bit character picky, though I know it works on Sol (BG) and Testament.

Please make a new topic. When I read the first post it tells me stuff like "(vs...)" and doesn't list which characters : ( Trying to relearn character specific combos is too rough in this way.

I'll just forget the mid screen dust combo then. Fafnir will work like that, yes, but it won't do as much damage. Non CH Fafnir combos are pretty lacking in the first post, that's why I thought I'd put that up. And for ID, it seems to do more damage to land and do (sometimes dash)5S.© (JI depending how close to corner) HS, and a hjc combo. Like, vs. Ky, 5D, j.HS, dj HS, land (sometimes dash) S.© JI, HS hjc S. HS. D. dj HS D BRP lvl 1 gives 168 damage to Ky. Without the JI it does about 152 The standard ID combo gives 142, and so does the corner dust combo. The combo vs. Venom does 164 to Ky, but I found it very tough to do every try. Of course there's also the tech trap idea for the basic ID combo, but that seems to be the only way the standard ID combo is more useful than the standard corner dust combo, since they do the same damage in the end. I'm a relative beginner, or possibly mid skill, so I take things I post with a grain of salt, like when I post in here, I think "I hope this will be helpful." I'm just trying to help.

Here's a better dust combo for mid screen use. 5D j.H,j.H,j.S-K-S-H-D SV This will do just barely more damage than the current mid screen, extra long dust combo, and is easier to do.

Combo vs. Ky When in corner (perhaps after he's dizzied, and run push him into the corner...) Fafnir, dash S.© HS. j.HS, j.D, dj.D, BRP This is nice because it doesn't require the counter hit, and does really good damage.
