    Okey, so learn Valk's wolf brake(it'sw super easy so it won't take that long), then chose Valk then do w5A>wbj.A/w5C on him until he ragequits and calls it unblockable

    Well, i know that Arcade Persona runs faster than PS3 Persona, and that not all versions of GGXXAC run at the same speed(on consoles and Arcade), so i guess it does run at a different speed, you just need to adjust
